Installing campus printers for faculty or staff (PC)

Objective

Install one or more on-campus printers from your college PC workstation.

Process

1. Open File Explorer (the folder icon at the bottom of the screen).
2. Type \\bcprint in the address bar at the top of File Explorer and press Enter on your keyboard.
3. Double-click on the printers you want to install.
   • All printers follow the naming convention BUILDING-LOCATION-MODEL (Ex. 619-1st-LM1246)
