Installing the VPN Client (Mac)

Objective

Install the Beloit College faculty and staff VPN software for Macs (Tunnelblick).

Process

If you are using a college-owned workstation:

1. Open the LITS Self Service app.
2. Select the Utilities section on the left side of the window.
3. Click Install below Tunnelblick VPN. 

If you are using your personal Mac:

1. Visit https://tunnelblick.net/downloads.html and download and install the latest stable version of the Tunnelblick VPN client.
2. Visit https://itweb.beloit.edu/vpn/ and log in with your college credentials.
3. Click the link for Mac, then download and open the VPN Config.dmg file.
4. Double-click the Beloit College VPN.ovpn file.
5. When prompted about which users to install the configuration for, click All Users.
6. Enter your account password when prompted.
