The problem earlier with Apporto has been resolved - you should now be able to log in again without issue. If you continue to have trouble connecting to or using Apporto, please contact LITS support for assistance and we will be happy to help.

Some users are reporting issues connecting to Apporto virtual desktop at the moment. We have identified an issue with one of our three available servers, causing a "Session disconnected" error message when someone tries to log in. Apporto should redirect this user to another server after the failure, but it may require them to try signing in multiple times.
We have contacted Apporto Support regarding this issue and are working on a resolution. In the meantime, students who can't log in to Apporto should try reconnecting every few minutes. If problems persist, please email support@beloit.edu for further assistance.
We will send out an update as soon as the issue is resolved. Thank you for your patience, and we apologize for the stress this may cause to you and your students at the end of this semester.
