The issue with shortcuts being inaccessible from the Apporto desktop has been resolved. Some students may continue to see this issue for up to 15 minutes while the fix propagates throughout each server. If you or your students continue to have trouble after that, please email firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance.
We are currently experiencing an issue with Apporto that is preventing students from being able to open folders on their desktop that contain shortcuts to other apps, such as ArcGIS, Adobe CC, and Office 2019.
We have reached out to Apporto support for assistance with this issue, but in the meantime, students can access these apps by clicking the Start button at the bottom of the screen and then find the apps within the Start Menu.
