The issues with QuickLaunch authentication for various campus services has been resolved. You should now be able to log back into services such as Gmail, Moodle, and the Portal.
If you experience problems, please try clearing your web browser cache and then log in again. If you continue to have trouble, contact LITS support for further assistance.
We are currently experiencing a problem with the QuickLaunch login service, preventing faculty, staff, and students from being able to log into any website or application that utilizes the service for authentication. This includes, but is not limited to:
- The Portal
Attempts to log in result in an "Invalid username or password" error message. We are in touch with the service provider who are looking into the issue. We apologize for the interruption to your work and are working to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.
