Network maintenance is complete; connectivity to the campus network, including wired and wireless internet and the campus phone system, has been restored. The scheduled network maintenance taking place this morning is still underway and will need to be extended due to technical complications. LITS is working with our vendors to resolve these issues as quickly as possible but network access and the campus phone system will remain unavailable until work is complete. We apologize for the interruption to service and will provide another update by 12:00pm CST.
Cloud-based services such as Gmail and Moodle should still be available from off-campus only.
In case of an emergency while the telephone system is unavailable, please contact Security on their cell phone, 608-481-0158.
On Saturday, July 10th, from 6:00am until approximately 10:00am CST, LITS will be performing scheduled maintenance on the campus network. During this time, all network services on campus will be unavailable, including wired and wireless internet access and the campus phone system.
All on-campus resources will be unavailable, such as access to Jenzabar, the Portal, and the campus shared drives. Cloud-based services such as Gmail and Moodle should still be available from off-campus only.
LITS will send an update as soon as work is complete and connectivity is restored.
