Reset the printing system on your faculty or staff Mac

Objective

Remove all currently installed printers and reset printing system settings on your college Mac workstation.

Process

1. Open the LITS Self Service app in your Dock or Applications folder.
2. Click the Printers section on the left side of the self-service window.
3. Click Start below the "Reset Printing System" option.
   • After the print system is reset, you can reinstall printers as needed.
