Apporto services have been fully restored. Login time, application responsiveness, and network performance are improved to their expected levels, and applications that previously may have been unstable (such as the Adobe Creative Cloud suite) have been updated to further improve stability.
If you experience any further problems with Apporto or other campus services, please contact LITS Support for assistance. Thank you for your understanding as we worked with our vendor to resolve this issue.
Apporto is currently experiencing a degraded level of service, resulting in delays of up to 5 minutes when logging in, applications becoming slow or unresponsive, and delays or errors when accessing network resources like Google Drive or an application's online content.
LITS has opened a support case with Apporto, and we have allocated additional resources to try and improve the situation. Apporto recognizes the situation as a high priority issue and are working toward a resolution.
