All campus network and phone services have been restored. Internal and external calling, including 911 services, are now available again. If you experience any further issues, please reply or contact LITS Support for further assistance.
Due to complications relating to the earlier network downtime, the campus phone system is experiencing a partial outage. On-campus calls continue to work as expected, but incoming and outgoing calls to/from off-campus are currently unavailable.
Because external service is down, calls to 911 from a campus phone will not succeed. If an emergency occurs on campus, please use a cell phone, off-campus phone, or software phone service to call 911 until this issue is resolved.
This service interruption is expected to continue through this evening, and we will provide an update once more information becomes available or the issue has been resolved. Thank you for your understanding.
