LITS is aware of an issue with the Advisee Roster in the Portal. When accessing the Advisee Roster page under the Advising tab, an error stating “There was a problem retrieving data…” will appear, and you will be unable to view your advisee list.
To work around this issue, click the Advanced Search link and search for your advisees.
LITS has reported the issue to Jenzabar and we are working with the vendor to resolve the situation.
